We can completely frame homes and offices with our light gauge steel framing system in the same time or less needed by wood framers.  The cost is about the same cost of quality wood framing.   We build the exterior and interior walls as well as the roof system with light gauge steel framing.    We manufactured the framing on site with computer-aided design and fabrication Space Frame ®  equipment which we own.  The results are a super strong, expertly engineered and assembled structure that will not rot, shrink, swell, split or warp and it is non-combustible.  These qualities allow the steel frame house to resist such devastating events as fires, earthquakes, and hurricanes.  Steel framing does not need to be treated for termites and it is free of resin adhesives and other chemicals used to treat wood framing products.  We meet all building codes.
