Our company builds upscale homes and offices with new, innovative and improved structural and mechanical techniques and materials.  We also do commercial light gauge steel framing.   Presently we have subdivisions under construction in Laurens and Glynn Counties.  The Island Communities surrounding Brunswick receives much of our efforts.

We can deliver precision structural framing using light gauge steel that is commensurate in cost and time with quality wood framing.  The quality and advantages of our framing however is vastly superior to that of wood.   Our light gauge steel framing is manufactured on site with computer-aided design and fabrication equipment (SpaceFrame ® ) which we own. 

 Our company also has experience and expertise with the Insteel 3-D Panel System ® p4 for masonry-steel exterior wall systems and the new EarthLink ^TM p5  geothermal HVAC systems. 

 We have an experienced civil engineer in charge of plans and operations.  Our objective is to use new and better technology in all projects where budgets and reliability considerations permit.  We are comfortable operating in either the general contractor or sub contractor roles.
