The Insteel 3-D Panel System - Masonry Exterior Walls

For those persons wanting a premium structure we are experienced in building with The Insteel 3-D Panel System ®  Houses using our system mimic the solid masonry houses of Europe which last for centuries, not for a few decades like the stick built houses which constitutes most all of the local housing market.   The system uses a core of modified expanded polystyrene, flanked by steel wire mesh, which is connected with galvanized truss wires.  Once connected to form the walls, both sides are coated with concrete.  These walls are exceptionally strong and they provide very high insulation and soundproofing qualities.  The strong solid masonry exterior is formed directly with the foundation and floor slab, which makes the main structure of the house monolithic.  Couple this with the strength and precise engineering of our steel framing in the interior walls and roof system and you have a house that is practically storm proof.  Houses of this type construction have been the only consistent survivors in hurricanes in Florida and the Caribbean.  They have also proven themselves during windstorms and earthquakes in the western U.S.
